OUR DESIGN PROCESS EXPLAINED
1. INQUIRY & DISCOVERY
We cater to local, as well as worldwide destinations, so distance will never be an issue with us! After we receive your INQUIRY, we wiLl reach out within 48 hours and go over the details. Our conversation will entail gathering information about your vision, NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS.
THE NEXT STEP WILL ENTAIL A DISCOVERY CALL VIA PHONE OR ZOOM, where we will go in-depth with your vision for your design aesthetic, INCLUDING COLOR AND FONT PREFERENCES, PRINTING STYLES AND ALL THE FINER DETAILS. A PERSONALIZED PROPOSAL WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
2. PROPOSAL & RETAINER
Once we have confirmed ALL THE DETAILS, we will generate a detailed proposal for your review. We request a non-refundable fifty percent [50%] INITIAL PAYMENT to be made to secure your place On our DESIGN calendar.
Please keep in mind, if retainer isn't received within the seventy-two [72] hours of receiving your proposal, your spot on our calendar will open up for another client, losing your space in the timeline; therefore not guaranteeing delivery on requested dates.
3. DESIGN & PROOFING
We are on our way to designing something gorgeous for you! oNCE WE’VE CURATED YOUR DESIGN, FEATURING ALL THE DETAILS WE DISCUSSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE DIGITAL THREE INITIAL MOCK-UPS FOR YOUR REVIEW, ENSURING WE ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH.
oNCE A DESIGN OPTION HAS BE SELECTED, WE MOVE FORWARD WITH ALL THE ACCOMPANYING PIECES, WHERE YOU WILL HAVE UP TO THREE COMPLIMENTARY REVISIONS BEFORE WE GO TO PRINT.
4. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
ONCE your proofs are approved, final payment IS due and your artwork MIGRATES TO PRODUCTION. We offer so many printing options from Digital Printing [5-7 business days], Thermography, Foil and Letterpress Printing [up to 20 business days], options that will have been discussed during the Pricing stage. Hand addressing, full assembly AND MAIL-OUT SERVICES MAY add up to two [2] weeks to YOUR timeline. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR ANY SHIPPING.

While our turn around time can be up to eight weeks [depending on the design process], sometimes we have last-minute cancellations. Rush fees can also be added to your order for any time-sensitive needs. Ultimately, it is our goal to accommodate you and your needs!
